Spin Bike

Spin Bike is a high-energy, cardio-driven workout designed to build endurance, strength, and confidence. Set to motivating music, each class combines powerful climbs, fast-paced intervals, and rhythm-based rides that challenge both the body and the mind.

Expect a full-body sweat as you push through intensity, strengthen the legs and glutes, and elevate your heart rate while staying grounded in proper form and control. Every ride is scalable, allowing you to work at your own pace while still feeling the burn and the rush that comes from showing up and giving your best.
